How will I know when my order has shipped?
When your order begins its journey to you, you'll receive a shipment confirmation email containing a tracking number.
Is my package insured?
We ship all of our packages via USPS unless requested otherwise. If your package is marked as delivered, Innerspacism is not responsible for any refunds or replacements and asks that you proceed with filing a claim through the carrier to receive a full refund. Innerspacism purchases insurance on every package for what it’s valued at so you can have guaranteed coverage. This coverage includes lost or stolen packages along with packages that arrive damaged, including broken or missing pieces. If any of the above pertains to you, file a claim immediately through USPS.
How soon will I receive my order?
Orders ship between 1-4 business days of the order date. Transit time averages 1-3 days shipping via USPS. Please allow approximately 7-10 days from the time your order is placed to the day it is received.

what if in-store pickup is my shipping method?
Items will be available for pickup within 2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email letting you know when your items are ready to be picked up from our store located on 337 Pierpont Avenue in Salt Lake City, Utah. Orders must be picked up within 30 days. Orders that have not been picked up within 30 days will not be refunded.
Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time. International shipping may be available upon request (email us at customerservice@innerspacism.com). Unfortunately, we have no way of knowing if international orders will be charged customs fees. We are not personally involved with international customs and do not collect any fees, and therefore are not responsible for any customs fees that may be incurred.
