What does Innerspacism do with your information? When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, Innerspacism collects the personal information you give out—such as your name, company name, mailing address, phone number and email address. Innerspacism only uses your name and address info in order to successfully deliver your purchase to the intended destination. Your phone number is only used in the event that Innerspacism needs to get in touch with you due to a problem with your order or delivery of your order. When you browse Innerspacism’s store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information about your location, operating system and internet browser, and to aid us in identifying potentially fraudulent transactions. Innerspacism collects customer information for a variety of reasons, including as part of our ongoing efforts to provide the best customer service, improve our customer's shopping experience, and communicate with our customers about our products, services, and promotions, including those that Innerspacism believes may be of particular interest to you based on information have collected. If you've given Innerspacism permission to email you (i.e. signed up for our mailing list via a form on our website, agreed to receive marketing emails at the time of placing an order on our website, signed up for a giveaway or promotion Innerspacism was affiliated with on a third-party website or provided us with your email address in our store), Innerspacism may send you emails about new products, promotions, and/or events. You can unsubscribe at any time using the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any of these emails.
Disclosure: Innerspacism may disclose your personal information if Innerspacism is required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service. This is the only scenario where your personal information will be disclosed. Innerspacism will never sell your information to third parties for marketing purposes.
Stripe/Payment: Innerspacism's store is hosted on Stripe via Squarespace. Stripe provides us with an online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Stripes’s data storage, databases, and the general Stripe application. We store your data on a secure server behind a firewall. If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase (i.e. entering your credit card number in the checkout form as opposed to using a gift card, PayPal, or Venmo), then Stripe stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored by Stripe only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted. Innerspacism never sees your full credit card number (only the last 4 digits) and does not store your payment information. All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers. Third-Party Services: In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us. However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors (i.e. PayPal, Venmo), have our own privacy policies in respect to the information Innerspacism is required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions. For these providers, we recommend that you read Innerspacism’s privacy policies so you can understand the manner in which your personal information will be handled by these providers. In particular, remember that certain providers may be located in or have facilities that are located a different jurisdiction than either you or us. So if you elect to proceed with a transaction that involves the services of a third-party service provider, then your information may become subject to the laws of the jurisdiction(s) in which that service provider or its facilities are located. Once you leave Innerspacism’s website or are redirected to a third-party website or application, you are no longer governed by this Privacy Policy or our website’s Terms of Service. When you click on links on our store, you may be directed away from our site. Innerspacism is not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites and encourage you to read our privacy statements.

Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet or any wireless network can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Availability: At innerspacism.com, we go out of our way to select the kind of distinctive merchandise for which the Innerspacism brand is recognized. Please understand that many of our featured items are offered in limited quantities and, because of their limited availability, the stock will not and cannot be refreshed. That means once an item is out of stock, it may be gone for good and not appear on the website again.
Product Information: Most Innerspacism products displayed on the website are available in their store located on 337 Pierpont Avenue in Salt Lake City, Utah. The prices displayed on the website, however, are quoted in U.S. Dollars and are valid and effective only in the United States and Canada. Keep in mind, Innerspacism’s store does not carry every item that you would find on their website.
Colors: We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the website. However, due to monitoring discrepancies, we cannot guarantee that your display of a color will be accurate.
Pricing: Most Innerspacism products displayed on the website are available in their store located on 337 Pierpont Avenue in Salt Lake City, Utah. In some cases, web merchandise may not be available in Innerspacism’s store. Innerspacism’s website and store may also have different prices or promotional events at different times. Sale prices on the website are Internet-only specials and do not reflect the pricing in Innerspacism’s store and vice versa.

Innerspacism may use, display, reproduce, distribute, transmit, create derivative works from, combine with other materials, alter and/or edit your User Submissions in any manner in its sole discretion, with no obligation to you whatsoever. You grant the Licensed Parties the right to use your username, real name, image, likeness, caption, location, or other identifying information in connection with any use of your User Submissions. You hereby represent and warrant that (1) you own all rights in and to your User Submissions, (2) you have permission from all person(s) appearing in your User Submissions to grant the rights granted herein; (3) you are not a minor, and (4) the Licensed Parties' use of your User Submissions as described herein will not violate the rights of any third party or any law.
